While I agree with the ass beatings, tell them to come show them how to do it....can't. Of course most of the new people likely don't really know how to do the job anyway.

I don’t think any driver under ten years can route a route without the nav. And it’s not even their fault. They were never taught.
Every single driver supervisor at my center was promoted in the last two years.
