Obama’s been out of office for a decade yes. But I’m not the one who said previously they were given “due process” you did. In fact, they’ve been given the exact same process under Trump as Obama.
I agree it seems like a conflict of interest. Seems like we had the same accusations during the previous presidency about the previous president’s child as well.. 🤷♂️

I don’t think it’s fair to bring Joe Biden’s administration into the conversation about immigration because his administration completely ignored the law. They didn’t even uphold the constitutionin in that regard
