The reason reasonable expectation of privacy is for us the citizens not the government. They are using and storing this data, creating crimes for people that they have to prove they’re innocent of the exact opposite of innocent until proven guilty. People forget the constitution was written to protect us from the government not the other way around.

I can take pictures of people’s license plate all day long, but I can’t do anything with that data. That’s the reasonable part.
