Nope, not necessarily New but every generation of teamsters at UPS has had to stand up to the company and show them they mean business. Not necessarily because they wanted to, but because the company gave them no choice.
But we had the balls to strike-----twice-----and with only like $55 a week strike pay -which we had to turn around and give back plus more to keep our medical insurance active. Ther is a BIG difference between talking strike and doing it.
