Never been approached for OA because they don't give a fuck anymore. I can tell you this and I'm sure a few old timers will agree....back in the late 80's early 90's you would have never made seniority with those sloppy ass work methods. That's why this company is tanking....they don't give a shit as to how much of a POS you are as a driver.
Back when I was qualifying I still went shelf by shelf. All that shit in the back you guys keep saying to push up, is shit I'm not even working on yet. Anything I'm working on atm gets pushed up. I'm not walking to the back to grab packages like you're saying. Like why tf do I need to push up my 7's and 8's and 3pm when I won't be getting there til 7pm?
And yes they do still bitch about over allowed and do 3 day rides and shit for problem drivers.
