Never been approached for OA because they don't give a fuck anymore. I can tell you this and I'm sure a few old timers will agree....back in the late 80's early 90's you would have never made seniority with those sloppy ass work methods. That's why this company is tanking....they don't give a shit as to how much of a POS you are as a driver.
Very different standards back then, they gigged you on things then that would make the twats today cry. My first on road was a former marine, there was no complaining. Lol. You assholes can say what you want, but UPS was an elite company back then, many of the workers today would never even been hired.
