Of course I use the fridge, but you'd (clearly) be surprised to know most foods are still fine to eat if left out overnight. The life of your leftovers would obviously be shortened significantly, but most foods would still be edible. Its not the bacteria, but the amount of bacteria. If your food is bad within a few hours, it was tainted to begin with.
Youre probably the guy that holds up the whole entrance to the store while wiping down your shopping cart handle.
Why use a fridge? Clearly you're not worried about food spoilage. I guess to keep your beer cold. No I don't wipe down the carts I'm not remotely close to that paranoid if at all. I assure you I know all about food safety from my better half....that's part of her($125,000 a year)job. You can eat as you will and I hope in your mind you're right and don't ever get sick, but if you do......all I'll say is I told you so.

Just not stupid with food. I assure you I know all about food safety from my better half....that's part of her($125,000 a year)job.
