340k UPS teamsters but 490k total employees means for every 3 people whose job it is to actually move boxes there is one member of management that does ??????? I mean one ors supervises 30 drivers, where are the other 9 members of management and what are they doing? Nothing that matters. Middle management is where cuts need to be made and they guy that posted that to reddit is either a middle manager who sees the writing on the wall or just totally full of crap.
Also we already have a list of the"worst performing" drivers in every center it's called the operations report and nobody cares about it.
