Why use a fridge? Clearly you're not worried about food spoilage. I guess to keep your beer cold. No I don't wipe down the carts I'm not remotely close to that paranoid if at all. Just not stupid with food. I assure you I know all about food safety from my better half....that's part of her($125,000 a year)job. You can eat as you will and I hope in your mind you're right and don't ever get sick, but if you do......all I'll say is I told you so.
I banged a (roughly $450k/yr) doctor, doesnt mean I know how to do surgery. I explained why I use a fridge and pointed out the obvious decrease in shelf life. I'll keep doing me. You stay paranoid. 🍻
