ive never been to panel before . And we never left the room. Once it was all done they just said the decision will be given within 3 days . I know other grievances scheduled were post poned too so idk if this panel was over booked or what
If your case was heard, they know the decision. Postponements happen all the time sometimes they’re mutual sometimes it’s the company sometimes it’s the Union.
