Somehow, over the last couple of years management had gotten dumber and absolutely clueless on how to run the operation lol
I had a center manager one year(She came from the Real Estate dept)before Saturday delivery,she ran the center into the ground one peak...packages stacked on pallets for days. Had all her managers clean it up on the weekends. Even had them work Christmas day to get it done.They promoted her to Division Manger the following year.
