I have letters for misloads from 2008, all sorts of old bs : nothing ever disappears. All my old discipline was resolved and my BA mentioned that . I was fired in 2023 for buying a drink at a gas station. In and out in 30 seconds and they fired me for stealing time and dishonestly and falsifying records . All my discipline was complete bs . So this panel case was even more bs . Discharged for something with no proof and they took it to panel . I’m beyond~~behind~~ disappointment in teamsters ability to fight for us after this .
