If the ice guy was so scared of being ran over then why did he walk in front of a running vehicle?
Well, I’m gonna guess he wasn’t scared until she started moving. Even then, I don’t think hecshould’ve shot her. They had her license plate. They could’ve just went to her house and arrested her. But I wasn’t there so I don’t know what else was happening or going on and I’m not gonna pretend I do.
