No need but easy to work on!!! Some high seniority drivers like there old things like the cars and especially hand carts. I kept drivers in same car daily. I had it set up so when a new car would come in it would go seniority order if it was the right size tho. I started that when the power steering cars came in then the automatic trans cars. I did it until all drivers had power steering in seniority order then after all had power steering I did the new cars to high seniority again. This worked very well. Some drivers passed on a new car.
I my center the power steering mostly went to whoever whined the most - who were almost all low seniority. I was pretty high on the list but ended up being one of the last.
