I would request a refund.
Sounds like a great class action for some law firm. You pay for service they purposely are not giving.
We have a dense residential area that's in a state highway that we RD twice a week. Three drivers drive thru it to get to their routes. It's 40 stops an hour territory...but parts of that zip are BFE long ass driveway bumpy ass roads 6 stop an hour.
So they RD the entire zip.
