Doesn't matter and you know it....people see a union rep taking it...getting it then saying no you can't have it....that's going to cause problems. Now I know that will not be everywhere, but it is here and it's causing a big problem.
Yep, I agree. It could be a bad look. But I don’t think the international is telling people they can’t take it. They’re telling UPS they can’t implement it without negotiating. There is a difference, although I’m certain most bother to dig a little deeper.
