Although he did two things that are probably the worst thing you could possibly do.
He said he was a “great employee” to the company. Opened the door for them to expand upon his mistakes and discipline from the past. The company has a whole list of things that they will use against you to try and frame you as a terrible employee when you give them a chance.
Then he took it upon himself to go out and interview customers and presented to the panel. I’m almost certain that was against what his business agent would have wanted him to do and there’s a reason for that.
He hung himself.
