There’s more to it than that. The central has some very good language on these extra contract agreement. The company was about to play games with seniority by skipping over whole buildings in the same local and not following seniority appropriately. He felt they had no liability they would not have pulled these. They are only being asked to negotiate appropriately. Union is not against the buyout per se as long as they’re done contractually.
