Hopefully we can grow this community now and it will have the same effect on someone else. Interested people who can listen and learn and make good decisions. Also make good union steward's, and maybe even eventually more than that if they choose. Wanting to leave the union in better shape them when you found. It is exactly the kind of people that should be in leadership roles atrolesat some point.
