Like what? I think the members got more of what they asked for in this contract than any other contract since I’ve been here.
And the point on these buyouts is moot since the company is unwilling to negotiate anyway. Again, this is their fault not the union.
If you would’ve told me about four years ago that the company would agree to pass over $160 + an hour and anyone would ever get that I would’ve laughed. This dumb Union is so behind the times lol
