I seemed to find that if you bitched and moaned about too much work they buried you, but if you told them you need more work you just bought a new boat and wanted the OT they would barely give you 8. And never, ever tell them you need off early as possible for your kids ballgame they would even bone you on an 8 hour request for that one.
It used to be that way. Now they give everyone an over 10 hour plan lol.
For the record, I don’t complain at all. I don’t care either way. I’ll take their money. Especially if they’re gonna pay me over $160 an hour. Make me rich I don’t Care. But don’t you dare mention my family and pretend you care one bit.
