Are they? What proof do you have of that? Do you know who was going to get there before or who is going to get them after the agreement was made? I was unaware that the union was the one giving them out. If there’s a seniority issue a grievance should be filed and it sounds like in certain places that is happening.
If the company isn’t giving very many buyouts in a certain location, according to the agreement, that is acceptable.
As I said, I know of several people who do not want the buyout now I do not know if they can get out of it, but it seems like they should be able to. So will UPS give those to the next person in line?
