We had a Center Manager till someone the other day that he can’t file a grievance until he talks to him. I mean, if he’ll believe that I can tell you anything.
I loved calling them out on contractual issues. They always act like they know it all and try to intimidate people. I wasn’t up on every item in the contract, that’s what I had a steward for, but I knew an enough to know when management was full of shit. And if I wasn’t sure, I’d find out.
