They probably feel left out because they aren't included in your club
They're working their asses off, just like you, so they don't feel comfortable being around feeders, who's "doing shit" and grabbing all of the money)))

The Jacksonville Hub had the same thing I would see 21,22 year old kids coming into our building from there and think you lucky SOB it took me 25 years to get into feeder.
Walmart is a crap, but Carol has successfully made UPS even worse

We have them here. They were hired during Covid and they had an MRA. The company tried to take away. Ultimately the company lost that grievance. Currently most of them are laid off here most of the year. They only drive in Feeders vacation time and peak. 60+ the last couple years laid off.
This is a personal preference, you were working a non-qualified jobs for 25 years, while off the street drivers were driving semis for decades. Who's the pro ? :) On the other hand, now you're rewarded with the company time, and we're rewarded with layoff time :)
No I was a package car driver for 25 years and it took that long to get enough seniority to bid feeders. There were no off the street hires in feeder anywhere near me. I did feeders for 9 years then retired.

Feeders who are laid off and go inside, keep their rates and the rate progression, it used to be a 10 dollar rate drop back in the days
Off the street hires from Feeders go back to the hub at hub rate because they’re displacing two part-time employees here. They can qualify to drive or take any full-time job if they qualify, but they’re still feeder drivers and can be called back.
