Update On Two Day Over 9.5 Grievances?

Has anyone heard any updates on those? Last I heard they were “deadlocked” but that seems like it was a while back.


No. Nationals are at the end of the month. Maybe they’ll be there I don’t know..

My BA told me this week that an Arbitration out of 651 on the subject of 2 days over 9.5 was lost. apparently it wasn't a strong case and he was a little shocked they sent it to arbitration especially because it was so soon after the language was put into the contract. It reminded me of the other 9.5 arbitration out of 688 that was a weak case that was sent to arbitration as well. I asked him for the arbitration. He said he'd send it to me but he still hasn't.

I would think that the IBT would want final say on any NMA language arbitrations. but apparently not.
