It looks like American boots are officially going to Israel to assist with Gaza

"One of the officials said the new team would help monitor implementation of the ceasefire agreement and the transition to a civilian government in Gaza.

The coordination center will be staffed by about 200 U.S. service members who have expertise in transportation, planning, security, logistics and engineering, said the official, who noted that no American troops will be sent into Gaza.

A second official said troops would come from U.S. Central Command as well as other parts of the globe. That official added that the troops already have begun arriving and will continue to travel to the region over the weekend to begin planning and efforts to establish the center."

More like Army Special Forces(Green Berets) than SEALS and I'd bet Army SF guys have been there the entire time this has been going on.

I can't see peace happening there and Hamas giving up their power. Even if Hamas became totally destroyed like they should be, some other group will take their place.

this is one thing I don’t see anyone talking about, everyone is talking about the ceasefire and peace but it just seems so hard for me to believe they’re going through with the deal. Part of it included everyone leaving to different countries and coming back later, it just doesn’t seem realistic
