Yep, of course they’re not supposed to be using technology to discipline. But of course them agreeing to something has never stopped them from having no integrity.

And that common sense would tell you it’s the company’s responsibility.
Even before I retired, the company was trying to discipline people just for getting water and taking breaks to get it. It wouldn’t be a problem if they were doing what OSHA has demanded they should do and supply this water daily and throughout the day.
They cannot Preach safety and then send drivers out in an unsafe environment. They should have access to ice and water just like people in the building do all day..
