Not me, at least not for the amount they were offering. Unless I was already leaving shortly it really made no sense..They really only gave people a bonus that were leaving anyway. Kind of defeated the purpose in my opinion. Wasn’t going to move the needle on people who weren’t planning on leaving.

They did it all wrong and like you said the money wasn't enough to make someone jump off too early.

How many? Maybe the smart guys know. I would guess it’s around 10% of everyone, maybe a little less.
