Does anyone know the rate I should be getting after winning a FT driving bid?

I went from top pay progression air driver to full time driver. My first 2 weeks I got ground rate, last week I got air rate and this week looks like $23.

anyone know what it should be? Seems like you could argue a few different rates based off of the contract.

My best guess is $23

I'm in agreement with @1030
Red circled at top rate air driver pay until your driver progression surpasses that pay.

Welcome to the site. Stick around and interact.

Tell you supervisor. To fix that
To be locked into your current air rate until your progression passes it up.

The wording in paragraph (b) had me thinking because I hit top rate air progression, I'd be eligible for top rate ground within 6 months. If not, it means I'd make out like a bandit if i were to get a ft inside job then immediately a driving job?

You're going to need to call your business agent and ask them. I think that sentence could be interpreted in a couple different ways. Do you have to bid a full time inside job and then a driving job within 2 years of completing the air progression or do you just have to bid the driving job within 2 years of bidding the full time inside job? Also might not apply because you will now be going full time driving job to a full time inside job instead of from a pt air driving job to a full time inside job.

Nothing in that paragraph says pt air drivers get to skip ft progression.

If you completed ft progression as a 22.3 porter then you bid a RPCD job you don't have to go through ft progression again. But you do have a 6 month break in period since you have never drove before.

If you are a pt air driver and you bid a ft RPCD job then you have a 4 year ft progression ahead of you.

A 4 year progression, but still red circled at his air rate until the rpcd rate catches up.
