It looks to be mostly about Korean politics. Doesn't really interest me.
No. It has nothing to do with Korean politics. It’s about a young guy who is the right hand man to a conglomerate CEO and him trying to get revenge. Https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buried_Hearts
You should watch it. It was really good. Crazy premise. A very nice, everyday random guy is set up for a murder to cover for a 1%er. He loses everything, but manages to escape prison and starts getting revenge.
I finally got around to watching it. I agree the acting was good. You really hate that prick of a bad guy.

Isn’t the lead actor amazing? Isn’t it crazy the way he was set up? He is so good in whatever role he does (plus he’s very easy on the eyes). If you want to see more of him, watch K-2. He did his own stunts in that. Or Healer. The bad guy in that show in real life is so opposite of his character. But he really played the bad guy very well. He’s also a k-pop idol.
I know they're popular, but bigger than Taylor Swift?
Depends on the day. Sometimes she’s bigger, sometimes they are. I know their album they released last week is topping the charts worldwide. Such a good album!
Anyone see Project Hail Mary yet? Went this past weekend. Definitely worth seeing in IMAX if you have one close.
I heard good things about it. It was written by the same guy that wrote The Martian (Andy Weir). I have read the book and while kind of strange would probably make a good movie.
