After declining multiple more-than-fair offers she just sat on her hands and dillied around for years until the site expired for the final time and refused to follow up on communications. I don't know where it was hosted. If it's on Cloudflare's servers it will probably be wiped after a certain amount of time.

Was? Probably $2k tops. Now? Maybe a few bucks if you could salvage the date for archive but considering who was at the helm don't consider it likely. She wanted to milk the peanut ad revenue for as long as possible but when you grossly neglect and mismanage a site as bad as she did until there's no more users, operating costs will quickly outweigh any ad revenue. All of which she probably snorted by now.
