I recently decided I wanted a plain 8" American-made adjustable wrench, in my opinion the perfect general purpose size. I looked to SK since that's what a majority of my personal tools are and much to my luck the only US-made size still available was the 8" and it was on sale for like 1/3 the price. The identical Chinese-made one was not on sale. From what I gather from the reviews these are old stock. They must be trying to clear out what's left of the USA stuff so they can fully switch over to all the made in China shit and still sell it for the same $40-$50 price. Can thank Ideal for for buying and closing Western Forge then selling SK to some Chinese company. Unforgivable and I'll never buy Ideal again.
