Forum is a joke

I’ve told some coworkers about this site, none seem interested after they check it out. Most say it’s hard to navigate and not very welcoming to new members. Need to get away from the BrownCafe model for this to be successful.

Definitely open to suggestions.

I don't know what hard to navigate means or what kind of welcoming party new members are looking for, but the two biggest annoyances I find are clicking through to post links takes you to the beginning of the thread and clicking a notification takes you to the top of the page and you have to scroll down until you find it.
