Forum is a joke
Forums in general are have declined with the popularity of Face Book.
There are groups on any interest subject matter that can be imagined and FB becomes a " One Stop Shop"
for news, interactions and interests.
Also, Many forums I have encountered have a small group that's the nucleus of the forum and one or two people who post 80% or more of the content and many people don't feel included or welcomed so they go elsewhere.
Twenty years ago BC was a great forum
where knowledge people shared info about the company, the union etc
but with time it devolved into something entirely different.
