Seriously, banks know everything about you. They know you can pay it off or not. When you have leverage, money, credit and property, they will suck you off to keep you as a customer. This only comes with persistent saving, investment and having no debt. The kids today don’t get it. My son gets it, because he saw it and he’s got more money than I ever had.
