Changes to mental health funding makes no difference while leftists are praising and "affirming" the mentally ill for their delusions rather than steering them toward getting the care they need.

The leftist idea of mental health care is providing hormones and mutilating body parts to try and make the mentally ill feel like something has happened that could never happen. Until that changes, additional funding to mental health care for those mentally ill people would probably be a waste.
