To be fair, it’d be hard for them to organize much of anyone I’d want to go see.

The Commodores, Martina McBride, Morris Day & the Time, Poison frontman Bret Michaels, and rapper Young MC have all publicly distanced themselves from the string of performances scheduled to take place on the National Mall in Washington, DC, from June 25 through July 10 as part of the Great American State Fair.

Oh well. They could all bail and it'd still be fine with just the usual Kid Rock and Lee Greenwood.

See? Tim Burchett agrees with me.

Where have I heard this story before ?
A man who was allegedly drunk, driving southbound in the northbound lane, who ends up ramming a marked state police vehicle. Sending both operators to hospital.
Lucas Gustavo Brajak DeAlmeida DiBenedetto

was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. He also was cited for driving the wrong way on a state highway.

A bail magistrate set bail at $500 cash. DiBenedetto was released after posting bail and was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday morning in Peabody District Court.

Before the arraignment could take place, DiBenedetto was taken into ICE custody at the courthouse.

At the state's request, Judge Frances Dallmeyer issued a default warrant Tuesday after DiBenedetto failed to appear for arraignment.
