I don’t think “hilarious” is the right work but yeah

Thank goodness for teamsters, I feel for everyone else though

We might feel it a bit next contract time.

What’s your predictions? I was hoping profits will start picking up and we could use automation and layoffs as leverage

I hope I'm wrong, but I'm patiently waiting for UPS to decide to snake the part time pension in exchange for a pay bump.

They'll give the burnouts five bucks an hour, and the burnouts will give them no pension liability. They'd make a killing.

Add a 401K match they know 95% of part timers won't take advantage of, and they can pretend to be the good guys.

Do you think cancel new part time pensions or get rid of them all?

Grandfather people in, then freeze them the contract after.
That's just my hunch.

The only time that company seems to be very good at long term planning is when they're disenfranchising people, and trying to tear down the union.

My prediction is nobody is going to take account the rising cost of healthcare and expect a $5 a year raise.

Hopefully as a union we prioritize our healthcare and pension. But seems like half the people I work with would rather have another jetski sitting in their driveway instead of investing for retirement.

Probably has skinny arms from trying to feed his family. “Groceries” cost more than ever, I thought Donny was gonna fix this?
