Sanctuary cities policies are the real reason this woman is dead.In a normal world , the local police would be on traffic/crowd control while the ICE Agents do their work.Since Minn.'s politicians are more concerned with scoring phantom bonus points with their party then doing actual public safety.I believe that these same hacks should be held responsible for all violent outcomes.
Any lawsuits filed should be directed towards the state & city for their lack of public safety.
