Attempting to drive away is the first sign that the operator of a motor vehicle has some traffic issues.

At this point, the issue is so incredibly charged for a lot of these people, that no one is actually doing reporting or investigating.
It's all just puff pieces about the woman, and appeals to emotion.
I think very few will actually be brave enough to be objective or try to figure it all out.

2 felony charges, Assault with a deadly weapon, fleeing and eluding. Plus a misdemeanor obstruction charge.
