Yep. The things she could've been charged with if the ICE agent's shots had missed and she'd been pursued, pulled over and arrested.

Resisting arrest, obstruction, impeding federal police, fleeing and eluding, aggravated battery on a LEO, maybe even attempted murder.
That’s what normal people do….

B

Seems like you might be coming from a pretty weak point of view if your argument is that she wasn't a threat because she had stuffed animals in her glove box.

Good's former brother-in-law Joseph Macklin has weighed in on the tragedy, telling the Daily Mail on Wednesday night she put herself in a dangerous situation without reason.

'She had no reason to be there, in my opinion,' he said.
'It had nothing to do with her. She shouldn't have been in the way. She had nothing to do with the ICE agents or immigration, so she shouldn't have been there. She should have minded her own business.'

Joseph said Good had three children, including a six-year-old son she shared with his Air Force veteran brother, Tim Macklin Jr, who tragically died in 2023.

Her older two children from a previous relationship are in the custody of their father, Joseph said.

@ilovetrump has stuffed penises in his glove box.

I dont believe she was trying to hurt the officer with her car and I dont believe she should have been killed

Before the agents approach her you can see what seems to be her waving them through to pass

As the agents approach her car, you can hear her say to them “I’m pulling off”

As they approach her car and try to force her out (which would be illegal if she hasn’t committed any crime, it’s unclear so far if she had or not at this point yet) she then tries to leave by reversing to get out of the way of the agent, as she pulls forward and turns away, the officer in front has plenty of time to step aside, but he plants his feet down and grabs his gun.

At this point you could still argue the agent was working in self defense, but he is then quickly completely out of the way of the vehicle and fires two shots through the drivers side window into her head killing her, removing the self defense claim

Under not only Minnesota law but trumps own DOJ rules, this is illegal

You can argue she was a criminal impeding their work, but under the law I don’t think he would be covered for self defense, and other officers who were in the same exact scenario have been charged for this. He might have known this had ICE training not been so incredibly quick, I believe only 47 days

I really don’t believe this woman was trying to kill the agent, maybe I’m wrong, maybe more information will come out. But fleeing from the police does not justify being murdered, it’s settled legally by law

And I also think there is better ways to handle this ICE scenario, and I think it’s weird that so many people who argue state rights for things like involving slavery, are now suddenly cheering on the federal government sending agents in to cities where they don’t even live, where the people that do live there clearly don’t want them there.

There are better ways to do this without causing so much tension and chaos in our country. At this same point in time of the administration, Obama deported more people than Trump currently has, even when not counting turning around at the border.

She was just pulling out normally like anyone would and her wife just happened to be standing on the side of the road recording video of it with her phone? Is that something spouses actually do?

I'm with you on a lot of things, but I gotta disagree on this one.

He was in front of the vehicle while she was moving the wheels in forward.
And in the heat of the moment you have no way of knowing even once she's past you what her intent was.

We don't know.
She could very easily have been going to throw it back in reverse and hit the guy.
If she was willing to drive at him while he was in front of the car, there's no way for any of us to know "Oh, she's fleeing now. She's no longer a threat."

Especially since apparently this officer already got dragged by a vehicle?

She was just pulling out normally like anyone would and her wife just happened to be standing on the side of the road recording video of it with her phone? Is that something spouses actually do?

I’m not saying she was completley innocent, I just don’t believe she was trying to kill or hurt the agent with her car, and I don’t believe she herself deserved to be killed, and I believe in the eyes of the law the shooting was unjustified

Those 2 assholes had been impeding and harassing the agents all morning.

I think the shots look bad. He is completley out of the way of the car, firing through the side window for the last two shots.

from trumps own DOJ that is not legal to do

I don’t like how Trump said it was a miracle he’s alive and that he’s recovering in the hospital; when that clearly wasn’t the scenario

i just don’t think any of this is being handled properly and I think a lot of people want chaos and riots, the media included, and that includes CNN and the rest

The same agent was in the hospital 6 months ago after get by a car.

But that is OK if the protestor didn't mean it?

I haven’t seen that, but I’m not saying it’s not true, I’m just saying I don’t believe it justifies being killed

I think a lot of the people cheering on and justifying her death, if their own standards to this “protest” was the same during Jan 6, then there would have been hundreds of people shot and killed at the capitol.

B

I'm starting to think this shooting will be the catalyst for a military takeover of Minn.
It is well known that the current hacks running the place are not doing so in the best interest of it's citizens.
Once they allow mass riots to take place, the DOJ will have to step in and restore order.
All caught rioters will be deported regardless of their immigration status.

It's only illegal if we agree that she was leaving and had no chance of throwing it into reverse.
In the heat of the moment, I don't think there's any reasonable way to know that.
Especially because he WAS in front of the car at the start of her accelerating.

I’m just saying that’s not what the DOJ rules say. Once he is out of the way of the vehicle he can not fire his gun at the person in the car. He didn’t wait for her to see if she was going to go in reverse, he shot her twice through the side window

IMG_5625.png

This is when the 2 shots happened, he’s out of the way of the car, she’s driving foreard and he shoots her through the drivers side window. I just don’t think it will legally be considered justified, and I personally don’t believe it was

The first shot happened after he was out of the way as well, and he leans forward to the windshield

Thanks for that info, I didn’t know that. It’s interesting he didn’t fire his weapon then, I would think that would have been more justified

in that first scenario, he broke through the rear windshield of the car to unlock the car, the driver sped off with the agent hanging on, and the agent tazed him twice before being thrown off the car

it is extremely possible he has untreated ptsd from that situation, and I can understand why he was more quick to fire his weapon, even though I don’t believe it was justifed

im surprised he was still out on the field and not required to have some time off after that. I don’t believe ptsd is treated serious enough for officers

It has already begun.

Ugly makeshift barricades appear at scene of Minneapolis ICE shooting.

School-sponsored programs, activities, athletics, and community education classes were also canceled in the wake of potential unrest.

The bullet hole is thru the windshield, and the car made contact with the officer.
