It is well known that the current hacks running the place are not doing so in the best interest of it's citizens. Once they allow mass riots to take place, the DOJ will have to step in and restore order. All caught rioters will be deported regardless of their immigration status.
I don’t think you’re wrong and I’ve felt this way for a while from the Trump admin. It seems that state rights are being weakened and the federal government is growing bigger and more powerful with each new admin

Every time they would try to go either in front of the vehicle or behind the vehicle, she would then reverse or go forward trying to hit our other vehicles," Charles added. "She was trying to get in the way of our other vehicles, whether it be hitting them or to stop them from proceeding forward."
Just before the shooting, the agents wanted to pull Good out of her vehicle to make an arrest, Charles said. "The officer wasn't positioning himself to be in front of the vehicle, he said. "He was positioning himself to cover the other officers that were attempting to make the arrest.
"You can clearly tell that she went right at our officer," he added.
I haven’t seen that, but I’m not saying it’s not true, I’m just saying I don’t believe it justifies being killed
I think a lot of the people cheering on and justifying her death, if their own standards to this “protest” was the same during Jan 6, then there would have been hundreds of people shot and killed at the capitol.
I’m just saying that’s not what the DOJ rules say. Once he is out of the way of the vehicle he can not fire his gun at the person in the car. He didn’t wait for her to see if she was going to go in reverse, he shot her twice through the side window
This is when the 2 shots happened, he’s out of the way of the car, she’s driving foreard and he shoots her through the drivers side window. I just don’t think it will legally be considered justified, and I personally don’t believe it was

The ICE Agents had no way to determine if she was backing up to suddenly just go forward towards them at a greater speed. It was a judgement call.

she legally may not have been required to stop if she wasn’t breaking any laws, but she probably would still be alive had she stopped for him

Behaving like I could be shot if I fuck around during traffic stops has worked out pretty well for me. Engine turned off, all interior lights on, keys on the dash and hands on the wheel. Don't think it would've gone any differently if I were a woman or black.

I don’t think the young lady should’ve been shot in that car although she certainly did make some very poor choices that created a situation that was unnecessary. Same thing with Ashley Babbitt that you cheered for. She should’ve been arrested. There was no need to shoot her and kill her.You also cheered when the cop received a medal. You’re either against this kind of thing or you’re not and you’re not unless it aligns with your politics.

And actually, if we want to be honest in this situation, the driver of that vehicle possessed what could’ve turned into a weapon. A Several thousand pound vehicle that no one knew for sure what she was doing with except running. Ashley Babbitt had nothing.
