Just one more step of making every gun owner, a criminal simply by owning a gun.

I don't know the details of that case but a 9-0 decision makes me wonder if there was more going on there.

Fuck cops and the courts. Never doubted for a minute they'd always be in bed together.

In its opinion, the Court reaffirmed that the emergency-aid exception does not require probable cause in the traditional criminal sense, but does demand more than speculation or generalized concern. Officers must have specific, articulable facts supporting a reasonable belief that immediate action is necessary to protect life or prevent serious harm.

The Court emphasized that the exception is narrow and cannot be used as a pretext for investigation or routine entry into private homes.

Excellent work, Mr. Cronkite

If Gun owners of America, have a problem with it, I have a problem with it. I trust them completely. They’re not the NRA.

The irony of this case is that the police felt the homeowner was in imminent danger of harming himself with his own gun so they broke into his house and harmed him themselves by shooting him with their gun. 😀

Heres a video of a cop entering an unoccupied home without a warrant and shooting the family dog. His excuse for entering the home was that nobody answered when he knocked.

Not only was there no warrant there was no crime reported. No call for help. A cop just decided to make up some bs excuse to walk into someone's house. And what if the homeowner was home and came downstairs with a gun? Then he gets shot too?

What the fuck? What’s the story here? Do you have names so I can read about it, I don’t have time to watch whole video, but I just saw first couple minutes and I’m really confused, that’s super fucked up

Yep, it just gives too much leeway too a human being to make what could be just a honest mistake or a nefarious one and we can’t prove either way.

Wtf. This is one thing I don’t understand about this country, maybe it’s the media I don’t know. But how does a story like this not cause massive outrage? Where is the accountability? The cop faced zero repercussions

He illegally went in to someone’s house and shot their dog. Wtf
