No one is disputing he had a right to have his weapon. But if you resist police while carrying, you’re CCW will be revoked and you will be charged. You also increase exponentially the chance of being shot. Common fuckin sense.
I wonder if people think it would’ve been good for him to pull his gun out and start shooting the law-enforcement? Would have been justified to them as well?
His actions were going to get him in a very bad situation at some point.

Exactly. It’s got nothing to do with the 2nd amendment being infringed upon. The guy was violent and looking for trouble.

It’s unfortunate that ice was unable to arrest him, and there was no Minnesota police anywhere to be found the day he was busting out tail lights, and spitting on people.
If the law has been properly followed, he would be in jail.
In a bombshell post Jan. 21, Blue Lives Matter wrote on X, "We're not saying that Blue Lives Matter was behind feeding false information to far-left, anti-ICE protestors. We're not saying we had teams comprised of HUNDREDS of off-duty cops and veterans volunteer to run decoy operations so far-left activists THOUGHT they were conducting ICE raids." It continued, "We're not saying they were in fact they were just driving around in what appeared to be unmarked vehicles with tinted windows... drinking coffee and listening to Guns and Roses.... being chased down and surrounded by protestors. What we ARE saying is that if it DID happen.... it sure worked remarkably well in NINE DIFFERENT STATES, allowing ACTUAL raids to successfully take place unimpeded, helping support the capture of HUNDREDS of criminals."

Had fellow, local union law enforcement helped, he’s still alive. This is what galls me the most. They supposedly have this fraternal order, but won’t help another member of a different union in that order.

Consider it WAD. The lowest cop will always follow what his more senior bosses tell him to do.

I never could figure out why law enforcement wouldn’t help fellow law enforcement officers. Maybe that’s why the pols in Minnesota tried to say ICE wasn’t real law enforcement

Yes they are dipshit including you, otherwise nobody would be bringing up the size of his gun, how many magazines he had or whether he had his license on him while carrying, you’re just too ignorant to realize you’re parroting anti 2A garbage
I can’t tell. But AI is certainly going to be a problem moving forward for everything..
The letter of the law he had every right to be there and every right to have his weapon.
Even as a UPS driver, I’m taught less about fault and more about avoidance.
What I’m talking about is what he could’ve done to keep himself alive.
Maybe this will go to court and maybe those people will be prosecuted but he’s still dead.
Similar to going through a intersection with a green light and not looking left right left you certainly have the right way and legally you’re correct but if you’re not looking both ways and end up dead, doesn’t really matter?
I guess your family can have that lawsuit money after you’re gone.
Man I agree with you on what you’re saying on him putting himself in danger and what he could have done to still be alive. Thats not what I’m arguing though
I’m strictly arguing about the legality of him being killed by federal agents.
if this were people protesting about weed being legal, and it was the exact same situation, i would still argue in defense of the man being killed by federal agents when it wasn’t necessary

Never seen people protesting weed to be legal act like that they’re usually pretty chill. Well because they’re high lol.
Not lost on me as I watch videos of all these videos of protests that are literally sounds like they’re in the bowels of hell and demons are all around them. The constant whistles, screaming sirens. It’s just awful. I can’t imagine the tension level. It’s just bound to have something bad happened whether it’s right or wrong from either side.

They’ll have to deal with their local leftist population and politicians after ICE and the feds leave. They might be considered “Nazi collaborators” and treated accordingly.

I meant the opposite people protesting it to stay illegal. Whatever it is, whether if it was some Jan 6 guy protesting for the election to be over turned, if it was the same situation I would argue in favor of the man killed by federal agents while he’s laying on the ground pepper sprayed with his hands in front of him
