On Megyn Kelly's show from Friday she pointed out that reporters have no more right to enter private property uninvited than anyone else does.
When she was covering the Duke Lacrosse case and found out where Crystal Mangum lived she couldn't just enter her house and start reporting. And we're talking about a church here, which has an additional level of protections.
She also pointed out that Don sounded exactly like he was one of the protesters while in the church. That he was trying to justify and give reasoning for it. And that he'd said when he was back outside that interrupting and inflicting trauma on churchgoers had been the point of doing it.
Made me think about watching shows like On Patrol Live. Whenever they're covering a police response to private property you always hear the camera crew asking the owner or person in charge for permission to enter the property. If they say no, the camera can't go in behind the police.
