One thing that this judge is overlooking; ships arriving to American Ports were quarantined until a doctor came onboard to determine the health status of the newly arriving migrants.
Anyone found to be in ill health was not allowed off of the ship.
And the shipping company had to pay for that persons return trip home.

Maybe...The only thing they may have going for them is Haiti is on the no travel list for Americans. So if we can't go there(not that I would anyways)how can they say it's safe for them to return? My wife has an employee who has been here under this TPS for a number of years and is a really good person as is her family. Hate to see them get sent back.

I recall a story from a decade ago, where a married couple , who were returning to Haiti for their retirement.
