I don't understand how local politicians can run for office and their campaign is built around going after national political opponents. Local murder cases in Atlanta were getting behind in being prosecuted because resources were being spent on this jackass trying to make a name for herself.

At the meat of this issue, Trump and his room full of lawyers and advisors were having a phone call with Georgia's Secretary of State who oversaw elections who was also in a room full of staff and both sides knew it was being recorded. "Find all the votes you can" is not the same as saying "make up all the votes you can". It means making sure that all votes were counted, no ballet boxes were missed in counting.
