Anyone who immediately wants whatever Trump says he wants is a worshipper. It's not about sticking to ideology or principles for a worshipper. It's about one man.

Canada and Greenland especially, are not that populated. Mexican immigrants would be restricted, no Canadian immigrants unless from Alberta, Greenland population could fit in Pima county.
