The best way to end all of these protests would be to use water cannon trucks. It's winter. One quick spraying of water onto a crowd will quickly change their minds about being there. The ground will become quite slippery and the thought of becoming a human popsicle , unable to move will weigh heavy on them.
Just an added note; If you really want to screw over the protesters before spraying them with water, find out where they parked. And cover their rides in water. This way once the try to leave as human popsicles , it will drive them nuts trying to open their vehicle's doors.
I hate these vulture credit card companies as much as the next person, but I’m not certain this is the president’s job to police people’s piss poor borrowing habits.

No, he alone can’t make them. And like I already said anytime government believes they can manipulate markets or corporations. There’s unintended consequences.
Gonna be a lot of low life’s that won’t get credit, period. Maybe the companies can’t charge high rates, but they can still choose to not give credit to certain people. They aren’t going to charge 10 % to a dead beat.
