He never interfered with law enforcement and he wasn't resisting arrest.
Sorry that doesn’t stand up even his parents knew he was a well-known interfere and agitator. We can debate whether or not that should’ve gotten him shot. But the fact is he put himself in harms way. Daily. This isn’t random. This doesn’t happen to just anybody. It happened to him because he put himself purposely in a situation. Legal experts use the term lawful but awful all the time, it applies here.

That's right. If you have a holstered gun and you want to try and film ICE you should go into the nearest restaurant and see if you can safely catch it from behind the glass.

I would’ve thrown my hands up instantly and screamed. “I have a gun. Please don’t shoot. “And that’s on the very unlikelychance that I would’ve been anywhere near there.

They keep screaming "He was licensed to carry a concealed weapon!" Yes he was, but there are still rules to having that license and to knowingly go to where he KNOWS the situation is agitated carrying that concealed weapon is foolish and the dumbass paid the price for his foolishness.

It’s a tragedy for sure, but one that could have been avoided if he had to use better judgment or even listen to his parents. Carrying a weapon and using your second amendment right comes with a lot of responsibility for yourself and your family.

He was literally held on the ground and shot 10 times in the back. Is that an appropriate response to someone recording you with a cellphone?
It costs money to shoot someone in self defense in most states. Last week, a 27 year old man forced his way into a home in the town next to mine. The woman foolishly opened the door and he bum rushed in. Luckily, the man that lived there grabbed his handgun and killed the intruder. No charges, no arrest. Pat on the back. Stand your ground in the home and auto out here. FAFO in AZ.
Same her....Castle Doctrine and said douchbags family can't sue for wrongful death.
He didn't plan on wrestling with them. He was jumped.
Before he could pull that gun and shoot one of those agents. Does anybody even have clue if that may have been his intentions all along? No...so why should the agents put their lives in danger. Go back to reddit and play with the idiots there they likely will agree with you...we're all smarter than that over here.
